Raspberry was Bonnie’s first brownie. Back then it was just called “B’s Brownie” and was featured in a restaurant where she was the chef. Customers loved it. Since then the recipe has evolved and a secret truffle has been tucked inside. There are many new flavors and lots of new ones in development. Each flavor was carefully chosen to bring out the character of the dark Belgian chocolate.

Who can resist brownies and coffee? This brownie has coffee in the cream cheese and in the brownie itself. Thought about using decaf but there is so much chocolate in these brownies… what would be the point?
They are the perfect finish for your holiday dinner. The tartness of the cranberries compliments the chocolate.
